75 mins Yin Yoga and shavasana massage Short break and intention setting 10 mins guided meditation with singing bowls 50 mins Sound Bath Vegan cake & Yogi Tea with opportunity to discuss what came up or was experienced (only if you want to) £30 / 3 hours / Cost £3 ✨️ If you've tried Yin Yoga, you already know how wonderful it is for how you feel in EVERY way. This is because it doesn't just work on a physical or mental level, it also works on an energetic one. Essentially in Yin Yoga, we perform acupressure to our bodies, or energy channels, which is a less targeted and invasive approach than acupuncture but works in the same way. Yin is a perfect way to prepare the body, mind, and energy/vibration for what is to come. Some people may have experienced sound baths before and love them, others may have experienced them before and disliked them. They're not for everyone, and there are contraindications (conditions that mean they would not be suitable). Others may have never even heard of a sound bath before... So what are they and why would I want to do a sound bath..? ✨ What is a sound bath? In a relaxed lying down (or seated) position we relax completely, fully supported. Pillows, bolsters under knees or back, blankets, hot water bottles, eye masks, and warm clothes are all encouraged. You want to be as comfortable and warm as possible. I will start with a guided meditation while gently playing the quartz crystal singing bowls. There are 7 singing bowls, with 1 that resonates at the frequency of each of our chakras. Then I will play the singing bowls for 50 minutes, during which eyes are closed and we just let the powerful vibrations wash over our bodies and cleanse our energy field and pathways, releasing stuck energies.

Cancellation Policy

Please pay via BACs or cash. If (and only in this instance) the class does have a waiting list and you're not able to come and don't cancel the class, I would request the class be paid for as someone else could have come in that place, so please do use the class cancellation option or otherwise let me know if this is the case. If there is no waiting list I will not request a missed class be paid for if it has been booked and not cancelled. If you paid in advance and cancelled prior to the class, your payment will still roll over to the next class.
