Service Description

Suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate. This class is 15 minutes longer than the vinyasa flow classes, and it is incredibly similar, except that it follows a more traditional Ashtanga structure. Vinyasa Yoga is flowing, challenging at times, yet still calming. It is a movement meditation, designed to build strength, flexibility, fitness, balance, and mental peace. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is widely practised all over the world and with good reason. Yoga is a form of holistic health, aimed at curing the whole for preventative overall health. It will leave you feeling energised, balanced, and relaxed, and is wonderful for helping address many conditions. Whatever else you do, from academic study to any sporting activities, will benefit too. Pay as you go, no block bookings necessary. All you need is a mat.

Cancellation Policy

Please pay via BACs or cash. If (and only in this instance) the class does have a waiting list and you're not able to come and don't cancel the class, I would request the class be paid for as someone else could have come in that place, so please do use the class cancellation option or otherwise let me know if this is the case. If there is no waiting list I will not request a missed class be paid for if it has been booked and not cancelled. If you paid in advance and cancelled prior to the class, your payment will still roll over to the next class.
