Well, that was a summer to remember. Our house was built by Westbury Homes in the early 80s. Humility is something that Yoga teaches us in abundance. Why? For a start, it doesn't matter how far you go, there is always further to go. Always. It doesn't matter how far into your forward fold you can go, or how many seconds you can hold in headstand, or how many minutes you can sit in meditation. There is always further to go.
